We pick, pack and dispatch all our orders in house from our offices in Suffolk.
Orders are picked and dispatched from 9AM - Midday. This is our order cutoff, so if you order at 1300 on Friday your order will be dispatched the following Monday.
- You can select your preferred Royal Mail shipping service on checkout. FREE 1st Class SHIPPING over £35.
- Orders over 2Kg are dispatched using Team C Express Logistics / APC, next day delivery.
You will always receive email confirmation of when your order has been fulfilled.
All orders received before 11:30am on a weekday will be dispatched in the first post the following day, usually arriving within 1-2 working days.
All orders received after 11:30am on a weekday will be picked and packed the following day and go out in the post the next day, usually arriving with 2-3 working days.
Any orders placed after 11:30 am on a Friday, on on a Saturday, Sunday , will be dispatched on the following Monday and go out in the second post on a Monday (or in the case of a Bank Holiday Monday they will go out on a Tuesday.)
