Royal Mail Industrial Action & Final Shipping Dates.

We are sorry to report that some of our customers are currently experiencing delays in their deliveries of 2/3 days, depending on when the order has been placed.

This is due to the ongoing industrial action by the Royal Mail.

We will continue to pack and ship items promptly and rely on the Royal Mail to do the job we pay them for.

SHOULD ITEMS NOT ARRIVE IN TIME: please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue with replacement goods, refunds or whatever we can do to help.

FOR URGENT ORDERS: Folded versions of our scented products and Rolled variants or our Wipe Clean products are available on our Amazon Store which have PRIME next day delivery, so whilst we much prefer to serve our customers direct, 

The Royal Mail have updated their final shipping dates as follows:

2nd Class - Monday 12 December
1st Class & Tracked 48- Friday 16 December
Tracked 24 - Monday 19 December
